AquaCon will maintain a high standard of corporate governance. Good corporate governance strengthens public confidence in AquaCon and contributes to long-term value creation by regulating the roles and responsibilities of shareholders, the Board of Directors and the company’s management. The highest governance body in AquaCon, the General meeting, elects the shareholder elected directors and auditor and also approves the annual accounts and Board remuneration.
