Payment Methods
Aquatic Connection Live accepts Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express, Aquatic Connection Live Gift
Certificates, Bank Certified Checks, Cashier's Checks, Money
Orders and Wire Transfers for large orders (over $1000). We do
not accept Personal/Company Checks, Purchase Orders or C.O.D.'s.
Please note that ALL pre-paid orders, including
cashier's checks, take longer to process since payments must
first be cleared with the bank (for check fraud prevention).
To pay for your order using a check, money
order or wire transfer, please call us at 1-954-747-8511. Let
the customer care representative you speak with know you'll be
paying with one of the aforementioned payment options. You will
receive an order confirmation email with your order number once
your order has been submitted. Please print your order confirmation
and write the order number on the memo/note line of your check/money
order. Then send both to:

Billing and Shipping Address Verification
Verification is required to guard against credit card fraud.
It is for your protection and ours.
If the billing address and shipping address are different, please
contact your credit card issuer and request for them to add the
shipping address as an authorized shipping address for your account.
While this process is being done, we will hold your order. If
we do not recieve bank approval of the different shipping address
within 10 business days, the order will be canceled.
Declined Credit Card
A credit card can decline due to an invalid credit card number,
expiration date, exceeding daily limits, insufficient credit,
or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is incorrectly
entered. The computer processes the credit card charges automatically.
We are not given a reason when a charge is declined. Please contact
your Credit Card Company or bank for further information regarding
the transaction.
Sales Tax
Orders shipping to Florida must be charged sales tax. |
